The 2016 Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Boy Lo features the classic Softail look with a modern, blacked out profile. And if that isn’t enough to stand out, everywhere you might expect to see mirror chrome is finished with satin chrome, giving a sleek, custom look. In addition to the popular black denim finish, the 2016 Softail Fat Boy Lo is available in amber whisky, vivid black, charcoal denim, and crushed ice pearl.
New on the 2016 model is the High Output Twin Cam 103B engine, which includes an electronic throttle control system and a six-speed cruise drive transmission. The 5-gallon fuel tank gives you plenty of fuel to keep cruising on the open road. The 2016 Softail Fat Boy Lo comes with standard ABS brakes and an optional H-D Smart Security System.
The bike features a super low 24.3 in seat height, which is low enough for many riders to stop comfortably flat footed while waiting at red lights. This low ride, along with the premium Dunlop rubber wheels and stiffer frame allow for a very comfortable ride that is crisp and responsive. The rear shocks are hidden inside the bike, keeping the rigid look intact. Get ready to turn heads on this showstopper.
The 2009 Harley-Davidson FLHTCU Electra Glide Ultra Classic features an all new chassis – the first since the original 1980 Tour Glide. The new design still has the iconic charm and aesthetic of the classic Tour Glide with a redesigned frame and swingarm, giving it improved stability on those long rides and an extra 70 pounds of carrying capacity. Plus, the steering and handling has been improved, with revised steering geometry and a 17-inch front wheel.
The 2009 Electra Glide Ultra Classic is powered by a fuel injected Twin Cam 96 engine with 92.6 lb.-ft. torque at 3,500 rpm. It offers a smooth ride with enough power to handle cruising on the highway for many miles. The six-speed cruise drive transmission comes with ETC (Electronic Throttle Control). ABS comes standard on this model.
New on this model is the EITMS – Engine Idle Temperature Management System. When the system is activated, the rear cylinder is cut off when the bike is idling and reaches a certain temperature. This helps reduce wear and tear on the engine.
